A couple of days ago my daughter Crystal rented a truck from your store. I returned it this afternoon and the same young lady was behind the counter again. She was professional and courteous. I wish more people acted in the way she did

I love them! Jessica calls me when I'm late on my payment and is nothing but nice! She never makes me feel uncomfortable when I'm late! The other ones do... I had a voicemail from a lady (Not jessica) break down my entire payment over a voicemail!(such pressure tone). Super uncomfortable. But I call and Jessica is nice, calm, and respectful!!!! Love them! Thanks to her! We have rented 2 trucks so far. Great and reasonable prices! -L.Lords
